Loosely based on Mr. Stovall's life journey from an actor/retail clerk to a member of a presidential advance team , CLEAR spins a new kind of musical experience. From New York City to a slave castle in Ghana, from the winding streets of Istanbul to the paradise known as San Francisco, three frustrated, lost souls discover themselves and the commonality of the human spirit through their work on a historic political campaign of wishful thinking. Performed by an onstage band of nine, this truly funny and deeply moving musical explores life, love and death, and the depths to which we all must go to find out exactly what we believe in.
